Privacy Policy

This is a translation of the Japanese privacy policy. If there is any difference between them, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Basic policy

The App organizes files on your Mac. All processing happens on your Mac, and the contents and names of your files are never sent to the developer's or any third party's servers.

2. Information the App handles

• Files in the folders you choose (such as Desktop, Downloads, and the destination) and information about them (name, kind, dates, size, Finder tags, etc.). This is used to decide what to tidy and to move, verify, and restore files.
• Settings, sweep history, and operation records. These are stored only in the App's storage on your Mac.

The App runs in the macOS sandbox and accesses only the folders you choose.

3. Information we don't collect

The App does not collect personal information such as your name or email address, usage analytics, or advertising identifiers. It does not show ads.

4. In-app purchases

Buying and restoring Pro are handled through Apple's App Store. Payment information is managed by Apple, and the developer never receives it.

5. Contact form

Information sent through the contact form (email address, name, message, environment details, and browser information) is stored in a spreadsheet in the developer's Google account. It is used only to reply to you and to investigate and fix problems, and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.

6. Changes

This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
